Shabby Chic Florida Retreat

Here is a photo of my bed in the guest house of my Florida home where I stay when I am down south overseeing the restoration of the main house. The guest house is very small, (about the size of a small bachelor apartment) so I saved space by orienting the queen mattress to serve as a daybed. The headboard is a king size and works along the long side of the mattress to form the “daybed.”

I went for full-on romance in there with all Shabby Chic brand bedding and a mosquito net that I brought down from my store. Lovin’ my cozy little retreat!
