Refund policy

Refunds are available for items that have not left the store. These refunds will be subject to a 3% fee. This fee is due to Shopify‘s processing fee on the initial sale.

Refunds are not available for items that have left the store. Returns will only be eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days. Credit notes will not have an expiry date so long as Châtelet remains in business.
