Shipping & Delivery

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, additional delays could occur due to a high volume of orders or delivery delays that are outside of our control.

Local delivery

Free local delivery in the Greater Toronto Area is available for orders over $100 within 50 km of our studio. Free shipping does not apply to custom services such as sewing or painting.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our studio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our store address is 1188 Weston Road in Toronto.

Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only from Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
